Matrix Blaster ("the app", "we", "us") is a small, independently-run tool
for controlling LED matrix displays. This page describes what data the app
collects, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it.
What we collect
- Your email address — used to log you in via a one-time
"magic link" and, optionally, to let you set a password instead. That's
the entire account: an email address, and a password hash if you choose
to set one (hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256, never stored in plain text — see
the app's password-change screen for details).
- A session cookie — keeps you logged in between page
loads. Functional only, not used for tracking or advertising.
- Device info you claim — a nickname you give a device,
its local network IP, and per-device credentials the app issues so it can
talk to that device securely.
- Message history — the text you send through the app to
devices, so you and the device owner have a record of what was sent.
What we don't do
- No advertising or third-party analytics/tracking scripts anywhere on
this site.
- No selling or sharing your data with third parties.
- No tracking you across other sites.

Your data, your control

any of this? Email i@dubpixel.tv and
we'll take care of it.
